Do Not Disturb
Print out this handy do not disturb sign and hang it on your door. Let people know that while you’re present in the office, you’re ‘virtually’ in Philadelphia.
Recording availability is detemined by the presenter granting us permission to share the recording after the live event.
Primary registrants for the full virtual conference will receive not only the virtual conference recordings, but the entire package of AIHce 2018 OnDemand recordings. It typically takes about 6-8 weeks for these recordings to become available, and you will be notified via email when the recordings are available to view and submit for credit. All sessions must be viewed and credit must be submitted by December 31, 2018.
Primary registrants for an individual Virtual AIHce session, a one-day bundle, or a Virtual PDC will receive access to the recordings of the sessions they purchased. It typically takes about 6-8 weeks for these recordings to become available, and you will be notified via email when the recordings are available to view and submit for credit. All sessions must be viewed and credit must be submitted by December 31, 2018.
Individual group participants viewing with a primary registrant will have a 30-day window when the recordings become available to view any that they missed live and and to complete the evaluations needed for credit. Please note that individual group participants must be listed on the primary registrant's roster to be eligible. Individual group participants are not provided access to the entire package of AIHce 2018 OnDemand recordings.
Additional instructions will be provided via email to all primary registrants and their individual group participants when the recordings are available.
Please have all rosters submitted to Colleen Manning by Wednesday, May 30th. (If you are asked to login for the template, select "Cancel" and proceed with the download.)
In order to receive credit, individual group participants must be listed on the roster and complete the online evaluation for each session/PDC.
Primary registrants should submit for credit in the platform for session/PDC they participate in live. This credit submission process includes completing the session/PDC evaluation.
Individual group participants should use the AIHce Virtual Conference Evaluation Links to complete evaluations for each virtual AIHce session and AIHce Virtual PDC 2018 Evaluation Links for the Virtual PDC evaluations.
Transcripts will be updated to reflect live participation by Monday, July 9th. Please note that all participants will receive an AIHA transcript showing proof of completion for the sessions they participated in. To receive credit, primary registrants must watch the session live and submit for credit via the platform. Individual group participants must be listed on their group's roster template and complete each session evaluation. You will receive an email notification when the updates are made to your transcript.
